Bathroom vanities. Any Ideas on a bathroom remodel?

I have a 72 inch opening in my bathroom that needs a sink and vanity. Problem is that I am having hard time finding a new 72 inch single sink vanity. What would U do with that size a opening to finish your bathroom? I have no other cabinets in the bathroom. My bathroom is only a 10X7

There are numerous choices for 36" cabinet, mirror and counter top, then fill in remaining space with:
small table, tall open shelved decor stand, clothes hamper or perhaps desk-type table/desk with cushioned chair, magazine rack or extra wall space for hooks for robe, etc.
This space is your personal identification and/or creativity.
72 inch 6ft right , why dont you ,down size get a pedal stool one, and then you can place , a nice small bookcase ,or some thing be side it , it will make your bathroom look bigger right?
