I’m remodeling a bathroom. The contracter specified cultured marble. I see that Consumer Reports gives engineered stone the highest rating for bathroom countertops. So is what I’m getting an engineered stone, or not?

I am remodeling a bathroom and have come across toilets and pedestal sinks that are listed as toilet to go and pedestals sinks to go what does that mean? are they small or what?

I am remodeling a bathroom and I have a window just above the tub. If you take a shower, you need to cover it with a window curtain. Any other options available? Any special type of window I can install? or something nicer then a curtain can be used? Any design ideas are welcome……

When remodeling a bathroom, what is the correct order
1) rip off the old toilet, bath tub. etc..
2) tiling – can I put new tiles on the existing ones?
3) tiling first? or putting on the new fixture first?
